The fee will be all inclusive; including to reimbursement for travel and lodging expenses, unless otherwise has been agreed in writing. Client must pay booking fees that are agreed upon within 15 days prior to the first date of appearance. Payment shall be made directly to Dezjorn International LLC. Full fees must be paid within 7 days post performance or late fee will apply.

Travel. Dezjorn International LLC shall make all airline reservations. Partner is responsible for arranging and paying hotel accommodations and local ground transportation in contractual host city as needed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Venue. Partner shall provide an adequate venue for Speaker’s event. Partner shall provide a clean, private dressing area for Speaker

Reimbursement. Any reimbursable expenses, original receipts for such expenses will be submitted no later than 15 days following the Event Date.

Cancellation. In the event Agreement is cancelled 60 days or more before the date of the performance, holding/reservation fee is nonrefundable. In the event Agreement is cancelled 30 days or less, all fees are nonrefundable.

1099 Contracts and Consulting/Freelance Services

  • Payment upon delivery: This means the hiring company agrees to pay for the products or services rendered within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
  • Net 10 and 30: A net payment is due within the specified number of days from the date Dezjorn International LLC or its subsidiaries issued the invoice. Net 10 or Net 30 (found on the invoice) simply indicates that the contractor’s payment is due 10 or 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  • End of month: This term means the paying company must issue the payment by the end of the month during which they receive invoice. 
  • Prepayment: Some larger/long term project contracts request a prepayment (such as 50% of the total fee) to be paid before we begin a job. This is to ensure and guarantees we receive a portion of the payment. 
  • Contracts must include who is responsible for providing materials/equipment and whether or not the Dezjorn International LLC is responsible for payment of expenses. How is the payment handled if the agreement is terminated. Typically, contractors are be paid pro rata, which means paid for the work completed until the termination is effective. Your agreement should specifically state how and when the independent contractor will be paid.

    • Whether an invoice is required prior to payment
    • The payment timeline

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return And issue store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dezjorn International LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Dezjorn International LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Anyone who believes their work has been reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify our agent by providing the following information:
